I had a fantastic stay at 3Howw Hostel. The location is very convenient and the modern style of the hostel is visually appealing. The bed had incredibly comfortable pillows and the shower was great. I particularly enjoyed the unique experience of staying in the capsule room, which was well-designed and provided a good level of privacy. The facilities, including the shared toilets and showers, were clean and well-maintained. The staff, especially Pim at the front desk, were friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful time and would have loved to stay longer.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hostel in Bangkok. The staff at 3Howw Hostel @ Sukhumvit 21 were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and make my stay comfortable. From allowing me to check in early to changing my friend's dorm and even helping me with my phone issues, they were always there for me. The location of the hostel was excellent, just a short walk from Asok BTS Train Station. The rooms were clean, the bed was cozy, and I felt safe and secure throughout my stay.

I recently stayed at this hostel for a week while exploring the city. The private room I had was spacious and cleaned daily. The location was perfect, just a short walk to terminal 21 and close to both the BTS and MRT stations. The breakfast provided each morning was simple but good. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially May at the reception. I appreciated her assistance with my luggage, directions, and even recommending the train to the airport. a great experience and I will definitely stay here again.

Unpleasant Staff: The hotel staff had terrible behavior and spoke without manners. They even used loud sounds to curse at guests, which made for a very unpleasant stay.

Lack of privacy in the capsule beds, as they resemble a 30-bed dorm with thin curtains. Inadequate assistance from staff when it comes to purchasing medicine or addressing guest concerns.

The staff was nice, there are enough bathrooms and toilets available. You can hang around in the lobby and use the PC, read a book, charge your devices.

Felt very well looked after, no complaints at all.
